Warning!

Panicfest.com reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone; yes, that means even you.

You will be subjugated to intense audio and lighting effects, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions in a physically demanding environment. This means that if you're not up to the challenge you should stay away! Possible reasons to pass on this event include:

Being less than 10 years of age.
Being pregnant.
Having claustrophobia.
Having an unreasonable fear of being ripped limb from limb, or clowns.
Being Prone to seizures, heart or respiratory problems.

You will not be admitted if you:

Appear intoxicated (Sorry all you hard-core partiers, you’ll have to wait until later to hit the juice)
Are wearing any type of temporary cast, medical brace or crutches

While on the grounds please observe the following rules:

No smoking
No eating
No drinking
No running
No touching props
No touching actors (if you knew where they’d been you wouldn’t want to anyway)
No photography or videography (we don’t care how cool your cell phone is)

If you violate any of these rules you may be expelled without a refund.

COVID-19

The Cobb Factory Haunted House does NOT require a mask for entry, however face masks are ALLOWED into the attraction if desired. The Cobb Factory has multiple “Hand Sanitizing Stations” at the ticket counter, haunted house entrance, exit and thru out the entire attraction. Safety is our #1 priority for our staff and customers, please respect others individual space.

There are no refunds! Enter at own Risk!

Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused upon refund of purchase price. The holder of this ticket understands that there is an inherent risk involved with attending Panicfest.com. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in Panicfest.com. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into Panicfest.com holder agrees to release the operator, its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors and employees from any liability, harm, injury, or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending Panicfest.com or any attractions at these locations.
